I have never written a review for any company that i have worked for till today, but today i'm feeling so proud of Florida Home Improvement and Associates that i have to say something about it, two days ago i was inspecting a job in progress at one of our customers house when the installer brings to my attention that this customer with a low functioning autistic son had no hot water because she couldn't afford to buy a new water heater and much less to hire a plumber to do the job, in that very moment i called to the company and spoke with Tom Burnett whom without hesitation told me ,go and buy a new water heater and make sure it gets installed, don't leave till they have hot water, this company and the people i work for ,have all my respect and appreciation, all this was done free of charge, all we had as payment was a big smile ad a mother telling me, thanks to you guys and FHIA my son will get a hot bath today after 9 long months.

Especially I want to thank Jimmy Mejia and Juan Fernandez for how fast and how well they worked in getting our hurricane door adjusted. They always kept they word when they promised something. Jimmy Mejia came and fixed my front door which would not lock. He came the same day I called and did an excellent thorough job. My door now closes and locks beautifully. Really appreciated his professional and very timely job.

All work for 7 windows and a sliding glass door went without a hitch and done in less than two days. Everything was cleaned up and you couldn't even tell that they were there other than the fact that everything works and looks great!
